30th Milestone Anniversary Event

What a fabulous night! The iconic Sydney Town Hall was transformed into a huge gala extravaganza with over 500 guests, including architects, builders, developers, suppliers, and our long-standing staff.

Celebrating three decades in the industry is a momentous occasion and an incredible achievement; the atmosphere in the room was filled with excitement as guests enjoyed great food, entertainment, and unforgettable moments as our company's 1994– 2024 timeline played on the big screens.

Tristan MacManus, renowned television presenter and professional dancer, MC'd the event. Our NSW/ACT proprietor, David Cramond, started the formalities with a warm welcome and short speech acknowledging all involved, followed by a video address from our former NSW/ACT proprietor and founder, Alan Stephenson.

A lively Q&A session followed with one of our long-standing home builders' sales representatives, Karen Benson, and former (retired) sales representative and one of the first NSW/ACT Commercial employees, Kent Jordan. The banter flowed as they reminisced about the past decades and long partnerships they encountered along the way. We also shared video messages of congratulations from some of our suppliers.

Guests enjoyed entertainment by band Tequila Mockingbird as they played a dazzling array of cool medleys and funky mashups. Aussie Bela performed amazing illusions and quick-change acts. Finally, the energy and beats of the Brazilian drummers and samba dancers had everyone dancing and having a great time.

Thank you to all who attended our special celebration. Your participation made our HNCD 30th Anniversary event truly fantastic and memorable. Thank you for being a part of our journey.
