Harvey Norman Commercial Solar are proud to announce the successful commissioning of a 298kW Solar Power System at MacGregor Homemaker Centre. This milestone marks a significant step toward sustainability, reinforcing Harvey Norman’s commitment to reducing its carbon footprint and promoting renewable energy solutions.
The Macgregor Homemaker 298kW/300kVA Solar System will generate over 434 MWh of power per year, significantly reducing the facility’s reliance on traditional grid energy sources. With this installation, Macgregor Homemaker is not only making strides in energy efficiency but also paving the way for businesses to take a leading role in addressing environmental challenges. This 298kW PV system consists of SUNLOCK commercial mounting system Frontius Australia Tauro ECO 100-3-P PV inverter, Woodward Asia and Australia Easyprotec.
Macgregor Homemaker Centre, located at 572-588 Kessels Road in Macgregor, Queensland, and is a premier home and lifestyle shopping destination approximately 12 kilometres south of Brisbane’s central business district. Officially opened in September 2024, the centre offers a diverse range of specialty stores, including Harvey Norman, Domayne, Spotlight, Pillow Talk, Adairs, Bed Bath N’ Table, Forty Winks, Kitchen Warehouse, Carpet Call, and Stellarossa Café.
