This recently completed state of the art facility was built by Deicorp and Developed Alceon and features a common area Residential Cinema which was proudly designed, supplied and installed by Harvey Norman Commercial Smart Technologies.

The visual experience is powered by an Epson TW9400 Theatre projector, ensuring crystal-clear images that bring every scene to life. But that’s not all! The room is equipped with 7 surround sound Klipsch ceiling speakers and a Klipsch subwoofer powered by a Denon AV Receiver, delivering immersive sound that makes you feel like you’re part of the action. For those with hearing impairments, the Williams Sound AV Wavecast system ensures everyone can enjoy the show. Controlling all these high-tech features is a breeze with the central RTI 10” touchscreen.
