SITE BBQ

More than 80 tradespeople at the Kane Constructions site in Glebe enjoyed a delicious BBQ lunch this month, thanks to our supporting supplier, Electrolux. The project is an eight-storey building and will feature three studios, 40 one-bedroom and 27 two-bedroom apartments, along with five three-bedroom terrace homes. These social housing dwellings will set a new benchmark for residential sustainability and are designed to achieve a 6 star Green Star and NatHERS rating. Due for completion in 2025, this development will become home to approximately 130 new social housing residents.
