Urbain Residences encompasses a collection of 34 generously proportioned one, two and three-bedroom apartments with free-flowing living spaces, spacious courtyards and wide balconies along with security parking and lift access.
Its dynamic contemporary façade is characterised by dark grey tiles with sandstone highlights and angular elements. Timber-grained screens and black steel balustrades and window frames add a bold contemporary edge.
Finished are sophisticated, bathrooms are sleek and thoroughly contemporary, showcasing clean lines and stylish finishes. Frameless glass shower surrounds and wall-hung vanities enhance the minimalist feel, complemented by large-format tiles and bold matt black or brushed nickel Brodware hardware, including heated towel rails and an oversized showerhead. Vanity recesses are appointed with marble-grained engineered stone for a refined touch, contrasted with timber-grained joinery. Freestanding baths feature in the three-bedders.
Kitchens are engineered stone graces the benchtops and splashbacks, enhanced by complementary white and timber-grained joinery. Miele appliances are state of the art, including integrated microwaves, while quality Brodware tapware comes in brushed nickel or matt black.
